Audrey Meadowcroft
Audrey Meadowcroft Clinical Intern
(they/them)
Audrey is a second-year Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) student at Bastyr University. Audrey believes that therapy is most effective within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. They approach sessions with a fundamentally curious, nonjudgmental presence—they genuinely want to know more about who you are!
Audrey frequently draws from an Internal Family Systems-informed (IFS) approach. They find that IFS-informed work offers their clients a highly effective framework for embracing their inherent complexity by fostering greater connection to self-compassion and self-knowledge. Audrey is also a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISST-D), and they enjoy working with those looking to understand more about their complex trauma and/or dissociative experiences, relational dynamics, shame and self-worth, anxiety and depression, and identity exploration, especially relating to neurotype, gender, and sexuality.
When they are not at the office, they are most likely scouting out new spots to hang their hammock, diving into their special interests, or exploring the secret street-end beaches in their neighborhood.
