Kimberleigh Bechtolt is a second-year Master of Couples and Family Therapy (CFT) student at Antioch University New England. She approaches therapy with a queer and neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. Kim focuses her work around relational systems, helping people explore how these systems influence identity, relational issues, grief, trauma, and anxiety. She utilizes narrative, family systems, and emotionally-focused therapy, incorporating expressive arts and nature-based modalities in her work.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with friends, connecting with nature, hiking, camping, and paddleboarding. She also loves various, ever-changing creative pursuits, which currently include refinishing furniture, sewing, and collaging. She is a critter lover, with a pet tortoise named Slightly, and a snake named Smee.
