About the Role
What we can offer you:
Predictable Paycheck:
Our pay structure is essentially salaried. Your paycheck will not be impacted by cancellations or slow seasons. Admin time and clinical time are compensated at the same rate. Full time clinicians should average 25 client hours each week, but if your whole caseload is gone for Christmas, you will still get paid for 40 hours, for example. If you are having trouble maintaining 25 client hours, our admin team is here to back you up with supports.
Associates are compensated at $28/hr (x40hr/week for full time employees). Independently licensed clinicians are compensated at $32/hr (x40hr/week for full time employees).
Start at Your Own Pace:
As you get started, we bump up your salary hours as your caseload grows in increments. You can take your time to build up and not worry that you are “under preforming,” or you can drop in an fill your schedule as fast as you can (with or without admin support).
Time Off:
Four weeks of vacation time, right away. Just average your time off to be about 4 weeks/year. Communication of time off is expected, but there is no approval process and no black out dates. Our staff are people first, clinicians second!
Supervision:
Weekly individual supervision for associates is included (no payment or paycheck deductions) and considered part of your 40 hrs. Independently licensed clinicians are also offered weekly supervision.
Weekly group supervision Wednesdays at 11am (no payment or paycheck deductions) and considered part of your 40 hrs.
Flexibile Schedule:
Apart from a couple of restrictions, you build your schedule. Currently, required team meetings are Wednesdays at 9 and 11am. New employees are asked to work from home Monday and/or Wednesday after 1pm, as the office treatment rooms and telehealth booths are regularly full those afternoons. If clients will schedule with you, you can work very non-traditional times as you like.
Food and Snacks:
Hungry? Write your Trader Joe’s favorites on the white board, and they will appear in the fridge shortly!
Work Environment that works for you:
A large portion of the admin team’s role is to support clinicians in being able to provide stellar care. If there is a job element that you struggle with, you’ll have a team of curious and creative people ready to support and problem solve. Do you want to be celebrated each week all your notes are done? We can do that!! Need body doubling or a chart review - admin is on the case. Is insurance incomprehensible or do you need help setting up a payment plan - admin team has your back. Do you like color coded info or need help wording something? We’re here!!
While there will always be difficult parts of a job (who likes charting anyways?!) we want to make sure you have any accomodations you need so they aren’t EXTRA difficult for you.
Education and Clinical Development:
We want our clinicians to be able to develop their practice, therapuetic style, and their confidence while with us. At Holistic, you will find a workspace where everyone is committed to continued professional growth, and supporting others in doing the same.
You will have access to our physical and online libraries, tons of virtual resources, and a team of clinicians with a wide variety of experiences. You’ll find a space where you can work through ethical questions, process countertransferance, and ask for help - no matter where you are in your clinical journey.
There are opportunities to take on projects, mentor newer clinicians, develop trainings, and learn about how to be a supervisor.
How to apply:
Interested in joining our team? Applications will remain open until filled, however, we are looking for at least one clinician to start as soon as possible. The second opening will have a later, more flexible start date.
