Taylor Williams MS Coach & Educational Advocate

(he/him)

Taylor received his Master of Science from the Ohio State University and his teaching endorsement from the University of Washington. He draws on 12 years of experience with children, both at home and at school. Taylor taught in public schools across South Seattle, becoming a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) in 2017. He has a strong passion for neuroscience from his former career as an engineer.

As an advocate, Taylor is deeply knowledgeable about school environments and the varied support needs of neurodivergent children. He brings a pragmatic, strength-based, and anti-ableist lens to his work. Taylor helps families confidently navigate social and educational systems (IEP/504) and strives to connect them with support and affirming community.

As a coach, Taylor works with adults to address parenting and relationship challenges. He encourages clients to look upstream from behavior and conflict and to identify the underlying needs of everyone involved. In this work, he places a high value on radical acceptance, agency, and consent. In his free time, Taylor enjoys photography, hiking, and spending time with his kids and family.
