Wes Patterson Clinical Intern

(he/they)

In session, my focus is on presence and attunement—listening for both the spoken and unspoken ways emotions ask to be heard. My hope is to create a space where clients feel safe to bring their whole selves and to discover new ways of relating to their experiences. My practice is grounded in the values of compassion, curiosity, and respect for the resilience and vulnerability each person carries. Clients can expect a collaborative process—one where we explore together, hold both the hard and the hopeful, and move at a pace that feels right. I believe that emotional health grows when we learn to listen inward with compassion and invite others to meet us there, creating deeper possibilities for connection with ourselves and those we love.
