We specialize in working with those who experience themselves as different than the dominant culture and typical norm, or that exhibit behaviors that make it more difficult for them to be, and feel, successful.

All our clinicians are Neurodiverse & LGBTQIA+ competent. You can expect to find guidance from any member of our team if you struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting support, self-esteem, self-identity, gender-identity, gender affirming care, neurodiversity, intellectual disabilities, family conflict, life transitions, non-monogamy, BDSM/kink, and LBGTQIA+ challenges.

Prospective Clients Please Note: We are currently accepting clients off of a waitlist. There is immediate availability within approx 1-2 months (for sessions before 4pm). After school sessions are in high demand and wait times for post-4pm slots are longer.     In 2014 L.E. received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in the treatment of trauma and abuse through psychodynamic and narrative modalities. Since then, they have gained experience working with a wide range of clients in individual and family therapy, crisis stabilization, and acute psychiatric care. L.E. currently provides telehealth only and works with clients 12 years old and up.

    L.E. believes in supporting clients in achieving their goals through strengths based, trauma informed, and culturally aware therapeutic relationship. Their modality is eclectic and informed by intersectional feminist theory and a commitment to antiracism. They are a trained Brainspotting clinician and a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health. She specializes in neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, religious trauma, abuse, family or origin issues, and parenting support & coaching.

    Mar identifies as a Queer, Neurodivergent, Latine and they are a graduate of the Clinical Social Work program at the University of Washington. Mar has specialized in working with Neurodivergent populations, and has over 6 years of experience working with Neurodivergent children, families, adults, and couples.

    Mar believes the most important element in supporting clients in reaching their goals is building a secure attachment in the therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring their most vulnerable experiences.

    Mar practices from a person-centered, anti-oppressive lens, and uses trauma-informed practices alongside narrative, somatic, and self-compassion techniques to support clients in the following areas: interoceptive awareness, child-led play therapy, LGBTQIA+ challenges such as gender and sexuality exploration, Autistic burnout, parent and caregiver support, life transitions, navigating AudHD executive dysfunction, ethical nonmonogamy, immigration experiences and acculturation trauma, and ambiguous grief and loss.

    Katya is a graduate from the UW school of social work with a concentration in clinical work with children, youth, and families. She has 4 years of experience working in mental health, with a particular focus on autism and neurodiversity. Her previous experience includes the UW Autism Center, Ryther, and the ARC of King County.

    Katya brings an energetic, strengths-based approach. She is a giant brain nerd, and uses psychoeducation and somatic practices to help people with the ownership and maintenance of their brains, bodies, and unique histories. She is also a giant dance nerd and has spent the past 2 years coaching pole dancers at Positive Spin - [ask her how to do the worm!]

    Evi received their MSW from the University of Washington in 2024. They have been working with Holistic Child and Family as a clinical intern since 2022 and are now excited to rejoin the team as an associate-level therapist. Before pursuing social work, Evi provided educational and behavioral support to youth and families in clinical, school, and in-home settings.

    As a queer ADHDer, Evi integrates neurodiversity-affirming and queer-centered practices into all aspects of their work. When working with clients, Evi focuses on using humanistic and attachment-based frameworks, prioritizing the creation of a healing space through relational safety and collaboration.

    Outside of the office, Evi enjoys listening to music, thrifting for second-hand treasures, and playing Magic: The Gathering.

  • Steph Becker (she/they), MSW, LSWAIC ************************************** Not accepting new clients

    Steph is an auDHD queer therapist who approaches therapy with curiosity and collaboration. They enjoy working with sensitive deep thinkers, late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults and adolescents, and those navigating identity shifts.

    Steph practices with a neurodiversity-affirming and disability justice lens. She specializes in complex trauma recovery, autistic and ADHD identity formation, gender and sexuality, religious trauma, and chronic illness. Her approach is rooted in humanist and existential therapy, which helps clients explore meaning, values, and personal growth while honoring their lived experiences. Steph incorporates somatic practice, narrative therapy, and parts work into sessions. She also uses Brainspotting, a technique that helps process trauma and stuck emotions through eye positioning, and is Level 2 Brainspotting trained.

    They earned their MSW from the University of Washington and completed an internship at Holistic. Before becoming a therapist, Steph taught English Composition and spent time working in the tech industry.

  • Sepideh Kittleson (she/her), MSW, LSWAIC **************************** Not Accepting New Clients

    Sepideh received her Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. She completed her first internship at UW’s Center on Human Development and Disability working with neurodivergent children and their families in their diagnostic journey. Her second internship was completed at Holistic Child and Family Practice. She is excited to return to HCFP as an associate.

    Prior to therapy, Sepideh was in the field of neuroscience research and subsequently a project manager at a clinical trials center. After having children, she decided to go back to school to obtain her MSW to become a therapist and be able to support other parents and children who don’t fit the neurotypical mold. She is skilled at forming relationships with families across diverse cultures and religious backgrounds and has enjoyed supporting families in crisis.

    Sepideh’s approach to therapy is relational, strength-based, person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming. She believes in a cooperative and collective approach in therapy and strives to promote an ethnically and culturally diverse and safe environment where clients feel safe to explore and process their difficult memories and feel supported and empowered to be the expert of their own lived experiences.

    Jasmine Gervais received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts, and is currently a 3rd year graduate student of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University. They have worked extensively in youth care and education, community organizing and advocacy, and the arts.

    Jasmine is a queer and neurodiversity affirming provider, working from a strengths-based, person-centered approach. They utilize narrative, attachment, and polyvagal theory as well as Queer and intersectional feminist theory.

    Emily (she/they) is a queer therapist who received their Master of Science in Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy Concentration) from California State University, Fullerton, in 2025. She completed her clinical practicum at the LGBTQ Center of Orange County (CA), where she became experienced in working with queer and trans clients, including those in non-monogamous relationships. Emily’s approach to therapy is feminist-infused narrative and attachment work. She helps clients explore the stories they’ve learned about what it means to be themselves, what it takes to be loved and accepted, and what gets in the way of that. They enjoy helping folx with relational issues, LGBTQIA+ identity development, grief, trauma, anxiety, and self-image. Emily is a cat lover (please show her pictures of your pets) and loves movement, particularly through pole dance, aerial arts, and yoga.

    Maia (they/them) is a neurodivergent, disabled and queer clinician, who recently completed their Clinical Social Work program at Seattle University. Maia strives to bring authentic care and collaboration to the therapeutic space, centering the desires, goals and inner wisdom of each client.

    Maia previously worked in the eating disorder treatment field, and completed their clinical hours as an oncology social worker for Swedish Cancer Institute. Alongside working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, they are passionate about providing weight-inclusive care, and supporting clients who are disabled and chronically ill.

    Overall, Maia utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, harnessing concepts from narrative therapy, ACT, and parts work. They collaborate with clients in hopes of uncovering nuanced understandings of identity, mental health, and the inner values that guide us. 

    In their free time, Maia loves thrifting, weightlifting, drawing cartoons while watching reality TV, and going hiking with their 2 year old Jack Russell.

  • Taylor Williams (he/him), MS Coach and Education Advocate ************************************ Immediate Openings and Accepting Clients from Waitlist

    Taylor received his Master of Science from the Ohio State University and his teaching endorsement from the University of Washington. He draws on 12 years of experience with children, both at home and at school. Taylor taught in public schools across South Seattle, becoming a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) in 2017. He has a strong passion for neuroscience from his former career as an engineer.

    As an advocate, Taylor is deeply knowledgeable about school environments and the varied support needs of neurodivergent children. He brings a pragmatic, strength-based, and anti-ableist lens to his work. Taylor helps families confidently navigate social and educational systems (IEP/504) and strives to connect them with support and affirming community.

    As a coach, Taylor works with adults to address parenting and relationship challenges. He encourages clients to look upstream from behavior and conflict and to identify the underlying needs of everyone involved. In this work, he places a high value on radical acceptance, agency, and consent. In his free time, Taylor enjoys photography, hiking, and spending time with his kids and family.

    Emily supports with a little bit of everything, and you’ll almost surely hear from them if you’re a client with us. A huge nerd for bridges, Emily comes to our team from the world of Civil Engineering, and their brain loves all the problem solving that comes with supporting a small business. They enjoy reading fantasy books, crocheting and knitting, and are fascinated by linguistics.
